Employee Testimonials
Lavender is a great company to work for! They will work with you to help make being a working parent easier. They also listen to all of your concerns, and help come to a conclusion as to how to deal with them!
I have worked for Lavender Home Care Solutions for 11 years. I have done numerous roles within the company such as caregiver, scheduling, etc. Our team strives to give the best care to our clients and provide for all their needs. Our office team along with the owner have been some of the best people to work for. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for.
Working for Lavender has been a wonderful and fulfilling experience. Through the years I have watched the company grow and I have learned that they are not just an average home health company, they are a family oriented company. With my busy life and growing family, Lavender has been very understanding and offers flexibility for their caregivers. They stay dedicated to their consumers, as well as caregivers, and maintain communication to ensure that both the caregiver and consumers needs are met. It has been a pleasure to be a part of the Lavender family.
I have been with the company going on 4 years, and I'm glad I made this choice. They have been more like family to me than just a workplace including my clients, and the office staff, as well as the owner. Everyone supports one another and they work diligently to solve any issue that may come up, thank you for always being there for me and my clients!

We use the Wellsky Personal Care App to clock in and out, view schedules, and review client care plans. To review how to use the app, please reference this video tutorial.
There are a few “quick fixes” you can try to get your app working again. First close the app completely and make sure it isn’t running in the background. Next, check for any updates on the app. If there has been an update, be sure to download it on your phone. If you are still having trouble when you reopen the app, try deleting it and redownloading it on your phone. If none of these steps work, please contact the office so we can assist you.
First, make sure you aren’t too early for your shift - the app will only allow you to clock in 10 minutes before the shift starts. Next, check to see if your location services are turned on for the Wellsky Personal Care App. The app uses your phone’s GPS to verify that you are at your client’s home. You can turn on your location services in the Settings application on your phone. If your location services are turned on, try moving around the client’s home a bit to see if the “distance to client” bar turns green. Still having trouble? Give us a call at the office and we will do our best to help you find a solution!
You can view your remaining PTO balance on your most recent pay stub. PTO can be used according to your discretion (i.e. for sick time, vacation, holidays, etc.) Just contact our office and ask to have it applied to your paycheck. Please let us know a week in advance so we can run payroll properly!
