Lavender Home Care Solutions

It's not just matching caregivers with availability

We provide compassionate services to our clients as if they were our own family! Our dedication speaks for itself through the selection and training of our caregivers. A three step hiring process and two day training ensures that your caregiving family is ready to meet your needs. We also administer pre-employment drug tests and a 50 state background check to each and every staff member. But it does not stop there!

Matching our family of caregivers to clients starts from the first phone call. We listen to your needs, ask questions that guide us to whom we can send, then introduce each person to you before the first day of service.

Each member of our team is dedicated to different aspects of client care. If you have a question about a bill or payment, you will want to speak to Bernard. Kelli hands all scheduling questions and changes, and Olivia is responsible for case management and quality of care concerns. If you call Lavender Home Care, our front office staff will be happy to direct your call as needed!

You can pay with a check by mail or online through the Family Room using a credit card or ACH (an electronic fund transfer from your checking or savings account). You can also call our office and give payment information over the phone. If you are mailing a check, please send it to 31 S. Main St. Suite 384 Dayton, OH 45402.

We bill holidays at a rate of time and a half. This policy is applied to the six major holidays of the year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If you do not want or need services on a holiday, please give our office a call to let scheduling know.

We ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a shift. This gives us time to inform the caregiver and restaff their hours. We understand that notice may not always be possible to give, however, when possible, we appreciate it! Should you forget to cancel until the day of the shift, a 2 hour show up fee will be billed to you.

Please let us know as soon as possible! We are here to provide the best services to you and your loved one. If you have questions about your caregiver or the services that you are receiving, reach out to our office so that we can resolve any potential issues.
